SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your Castle Sewing purchase! If you're not, we'll be happy to provide a refund once the item has been returned. Please read our full policy and return instructions below.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns within 15 days unopened will receive a full refund.

If the item has been opened and returned within 15 days a 15% restock fee will apply.

After 15 days trade ups only with all original packaging.

All orders over $1000.00 considered special orders- no returns on special orders exchanges and trade ups only with all original packaging within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send an email to [email protected] providing the name of the product and detailing the issue you have with the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will reply to your email within five business days and provide further instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

We ship free of charge in BC Canada and will ship to addresses within Canada.

How do we ship?

All products under 50 lbs are shipped with Canada Post, orders over 50 lbs are shipped wtih Aeromax.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated deliver time to Canadian addresses is 3 to 8 business days.

What do we charge for shipping?

Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of your total order. The shipping fee is determined during the checkout process and will be shown before you finalize your purchase.
